The story of Ray, a recently retired entrepreneur and Sylvia, his thirty year younger girlfriend. Ray, after fulfilling the American dream and living the life everybody dreams of, now struggles with the reality of what comes thereafter. Trying to make sense of his new existence he seeks love and understanding in Sylvia who is not able to give Ray the love he needs. A Dance of Two is a movie about the search for love, happiness and the acceptance of reality at the end.

Mekala, a mentally handicapped girl, who’s lived her life under the cover of her mum’s unconventional wings, attends her mother’s funeral. No longer in her mother’s care, the family have decided to commit Mekala to an institution. Mekala seems oblivious and incapable of challenging her planned fate, but in an impromptu moment she delivers a heart rendering eulogy that causes her family, and the rest of the ‘funeral mob’, to reconsider not only their decision but their 'black and white' view of the world.
